DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) _ Fidelity & Guaranty Life (FGL) on Tuesday reported fiscal third-quarter profit of $10 million.
The Des Moines, Iowa-based company said it had profit of 16 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 82 cents per share.
The life insurance company posted revenue of $261 million in the period.
Fidelity & Guaranty shares have decreased 12 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Tuesday, shares hit $22.29, a fall of 14 percent in the last 12 months.
