MARIETTA, Pa. (AP) _ Donegal Group Inc. (DGICB) on Tuesday reported second-quarter profit of $8.6 million.
On a per-share basis, the Marietta, Pennsylvania-based company said it had net income of 32 cents. Earnings, adjusted for investment gains, came to 31 cents per share.
The insurance company posted revenue of $169.1 million in the period.
Donegal shares have dropped 6 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has declined 17 percent in the last 12 months.
